Have you ever allowed yourself to imagine if anything was possible? What did that feel like? Did you share it with anyone? What was their reaction? It’s a bit daunting to imagine the possibilities but that’s what today is all about.
What would you do with your life if anything was possible?
Reflections, Thoughts, Feelings
I had stopped sharing what I imagine to be possible because for years I’ve been told to stay in the real world, that I couldn’t have the cake and eat it too and who the heck do I think I am. Now that I am journaling more public, I’ve come to understand that it’s their stuff projected at me and that my imagining of what’s possible allows me to have fun.
I am coming up on the 4-year mark of The Rebels Den having brought into my imagination that I couldn’t have thought the things possible or what I would do. There are definitely a few things I am a bit surprised about such as sponsoring a bare-knuckle fighter, a metal fest, and recently a band that’s to go on tour. I didn’t imagine going back to selling my art in person, let alone making this once again a big part of my life. I also didn’t imagine what The Journal Eclipse would be – it wasn’t even a speck in my idea bubble.
So now to the prompt, what would I do with my life if anything was possible?
I am already doing some of it so this question is a bit challenging because for me this means I get to create art, teach how to make it, and sell it too. I get to help people with their goals whether they want to write a book, start a business, or do something more personal.
But I have to admit that as much as I love working from home and running things online, owning a brick-and-mortar store once again, that perhaps focuses on hiring people with disabilities would be amazing. Having had an artisan store before, selling other people’s creations, it would be epic. As my son is exploring jobs, I am noticing just how challenging it can be for him due to his disabilities.
I would also travel more! One of my big dreams is to own a VW Camper Bus and travel the country a few times a year. I say this because I also want to own a farm to become more self-sustaining and taking time off requires a lot of thought and help to manage all of the things.
If anything was possible I would simply add those things to my current life already because I am already doing things I never imagined I could!
