I’ve been journaling for what feels like forever and sometimes it seems more like a chore – not all days are filled that require to solve your problems. But it does help fuel the optimism – like always finding the brights side of things, choosing our attitude to be about anything is overcomeable (just made that up) but it comes with years and years of facing challenges and adversity and trying to overcome them to the best of my ability at each given moment.
