One of the best ways to deal with fear is to start a journal. It’s the place and space where you can explore them, research them and evaluate how realistic they are. It can be scary to do a huge thing. For example, go on a trip across the country alone, speak in front of people, finish your first big project for public consumption and so forth. You’ve seen people stay positive and happy while going through tragic situations. It’s through my own experience I learned happiness is a state of mind. I mean if you’re like me you have wondered how people can be happy despite everything that’s happening to them and those they love? And it comes down to that you can choose to be happy.
