Do you know your level of determination? During the last year, I attempted 75Hard twice – and I’ve managed to sprain my ankle each time. I don’t love not achieving the goals I set out to do and so I am doing it again, for the third time. Finding my path to health hasn’t been an easy journey. For someone who weight under 100 lbs. until into my late 20’s, when I gained 40 lbs. in 3 years, I just wanted to hide.
