Do you know your level of determination? During the last year, I attempted 75Hard twice – and I’ve managed to sprain my ankle each time. I don’t love not achieving the goals I set out to do and so I am doing it again, for the third time. And here’s the thing, I was going to start on Monday but then I reminded myself that I tell my clients to not wait and instead take action and so today became day 1. I anticipate some challenging moments due to my schedule of events to sell my art and will have to plan ahead to fit in 2 workouts a day. Finding my path to health hasn’t been an easy journey. For someone who weight under 100 lbs. until into my late 20’s, when I gained 40 lbs. in 3 years, I just wanted to hide.
